Awww, how sweet!  Jon couldn't do this in the US because seats for NFL games (whether it's the Giants, Jets or Pats) are ridiculous.  I know he said he got into Arena League because it was a cheaper Alternative for Families.

Bon Jovi donates match tickets to Aussie fans

SYDNEY (AFP) – US rocker Jon Bon Jovi will donate seats to fans as part of his association with new Australian A-League football club Melbourne Heart this season, the club said on Saturday.

Lifelong sports fan Bon Jovi has taken on the role as the club's number one international ticket holder and in a gesture has purchased four premium memberships and will donate seats for each home game to football fans.

Bon Jovi, whose band is touring Australia in December, was until recently the owner of American professional indoor football team Philadelphia Soul and is keen to help out the Heart in their inaugural season, starting on August 5.

"I like to think I pour my heart into whatever I do, so supporting Melbourne Heart FC seemed pretty natural, but I wanted to see if I could share that feeling with Heart fans," Bon Jovi said in a club statement.

I hate the Cowboys, I'm a Giants fan so they are the natural enema (yes I said enema not enemy) of the rest of the NFC East.  And they're fans were a$$holes.  Not as big of an a$$hole as the Miami fans during preseason but still Cowboys Fans = A$$hole$.


Who ever is playing the music this year @ Ray Jay is playing less Ozzy & GnR and more Metallica.

It was Military recruitment day @ Ray Jay and of course as the recruits took the field they played Toby Keith's (Angry American) Courtesy of the Red, White & Blue, which they do every year which I don't get, but whatever.

Its going to be a long season at Ray Jay this year.

Got to watch most of the Giants game when I got home, with a nice W over the skins.

Saw some highlights from the Jets game, and also the Yankees.  So I was 3 for 4 on Sunday.
