I decided to make Pizza for Sunday night supper, I just decided after weeks of steak, I wanted something different.

This is my Friday night cocktail the last 2 Friday nights, I call it "A Whole Lot of What I Have Out".

So this is a little something I made on Christmas Eve, and have since successfully replicated. This is pretty potent. It doesn't have a name so suggestions are welcome.

4 1 oz shots Vodka (I use the Goose)

2 1 oz shots Cointreau (or Triple Sec)

2 1 oz shots Peach Schnapps

2 1 oz shots Raspberry Liquor (Chambord is what I use cause it has a pretty bottle)

Splash of Lime juice

Add Cranberry Juice to taste

Shake ingredients in a chilled shaker (Like James Bond says "Shaken not stirred")

Strain in a martini glass

2 GENEROUS servings
