Bon Jovi: Happy Saturday

I think this is it for Happy Saturday.  At least for a while.

If you want a bootleg just ask, I'm happy to share it, if I have it.

So here is the Last Show from the Circle/Greatest Hits in Lisbon.

All the songs, not the stream.

The stream cut the bootlegs because they would have to pay royalties to the original writers, I doubt Jon would pay the royalties for a free stream.  Remember 'Hallelujah' was on a DVD you had to buy.

I wish they had ended the show with Never Say Goodbye over I Love This Town, but whatever.  I don't write the set lists (if I did they would be awesomer [is that a word?]).

So here you go Happy Saturday.

Bon Jovi: Jon at the NYC Ballet (w/video)

See the video below you'll catch a glimpse of Jon about 10 seconds in or so, and then later on in the video when they refer to him as "Bon Jovi" (pet peeve all the other celebs were referred to by there full names, Bon Jovi is a band, Jon Bon Jovi is a man...)

By: Stephanie Simon

Thursday night was not only the New York City's season-opening gala, but it was also the world premiere of a ballet by a rock legend. NY1's Arts reporter Stephanie Simon filed the following report.
The New York City Ballet held its season-opening gala on Thursday, but the biggest star at Lincoln Center was not a dancer or the choreographer or even the many celebrities in attendance.

Rather, the big star was the composer, rock star Paul McCartney, who worked with choreographer Peter Martins on "Ocean's Kingdom," a new, underwater-themed ballet.

"Ocean's Kingdom" is a love story about a sea princess and her star-crossed romance with a prince from the earthly realm.

The former Beatle did not have too much to say on his way in. When asked what Martins did for his music, McCartney only said, "A lot."

His A-list fans, however, expressed nothing but accolades.

Attendees included actors Sarah Jessica Parker, Naomi Watts, Alec Baldwin and Christopher Maloney and musicians Bon Jovi and former Monkee Micky Dolenz.

McCartney's daughter, Stella, designed the costumes.

Asked what was a challenge in the ballet design, Stella McCartney answered, "You're working with incredible athletes and a storyline, so the two becomes a bit of a challenge."

Certainly there was a big pop culture influence at the ballet, and it seemed the tides were definitely turning at Lincoln Center.

Bon Jovi: Is it New Years Eve already? Uh oh...

So last night (September 19th, 2011) Jon was out and about in NYC RE-SHOOTING (I originally wrote re-shitting Oops Freudian slip) scene's from the Major Motion Picture, from the People who brought you Valentine's Day and Garry Marshall the man that gave Prostitution a Happy Ending (no pun intended), New Years Eve.

Here are some pictures of Jon and Hillary Swank (I thought Blondie from Grey's Anatomy was his love interest in the movie and Hillary was Luda's?)
