Bon Jovi: New Music from Richie and Nikki
The song is called "Learn to Love".

My understanding is the Ass in the Pants song had some really BRUTAL comments (which could be why it was taken down), one of the ones I heard from multiple people was bad karaoke (ouch).
Richie writes great love songs (I'll be There for you and my understanding is Never Say Goodbye as well), whereas Jon writes songs about stalkers (Always) or bad movie cliches (You had me from hello, Thank You for Loving Me).

Is ’80s hair rocker Jon Bon Jovi looking to runaway from New York?
It seems that the Jersey native is looking to sell his massive Soho duplex, according to the Post. Mr. Bon Jovi (nee Bongiovi) bought the massive place at 158 Mercer Street back in 2007, paying $24 million for the 7,400-square-foot space.
Mr. Bon Jovi may be living on a prayer with his exorbitant asking price, however: he reportedly wants a jaw dropping (and record-setting) $45 million for the newly renovated penthouse. That would be a downtown record, well above the penthouse at Superior Ink, which sold for $31.5 million last year.
Although the rocker renovated the place after he purchased, the previous 2007 listing says it all. At the time, Prudential Elliman brokers Herve Senequier and Leonard Steinberg called the expansive condo “the most significant Downtown property of all.” With six bedrooms and 6.5 baths, its hard to imagine why Mr. Bon Jovi would want to leave.
Mark Madoff, the son of ponzi-scheming Bernie Madoff, committed suicide in the building last year. Perhaps Mr. Bon Jovi has a case of the heebie-jeebies?

Here's some video from KCAL of Richie singing during the NikkiRich fashion show (I uploaded it to YouTube in case there were any restrictions outside the US):

How anyone including Jon expects to make a $20 Million profit on a home (even in NYC where I do understand the housing market is hot, but it's not THAT hot) is beyond me.

Jon Bon Jovi wants out of the posh but perhaps cursed prewar building on Mercer Street where Mark Madoff committed suicide last December. Bon Jovi is quietly shopping around his SoHo duplex condo with a chart-topping asking price of about $45 million, reports The Post’s Andy Wang. The rocker bought the six-bedroom, 6 1/2-bathroom, 7,400-square-foot residence with three terraces, arched windows and 12-foot ceilings for $24 million in 2007. Sources say he’s completed a spectacular, multimillion-dollar renovation. We’re told that while Bon Jovi likes the neighborhood and has been seen at spots including Imperial No. 9 and Burger & Barrel, he’s ready to move on.
