Day 21 - The song that made you fall for Bon Jovi
That's easy.
I'm going to go into Sophia Petrillo mode for this:
Picture it, New Jersey, 1986. A lonely 6th grader in a cabin full of semi hormonal pre-teens at Stokes State Forest, in Sussex County.
A school trip so there is no radio, but someone has smuggled one in. We move it around the room, searching, hoping and fnally finding the place where Z-100 comes in.
We listen and the DJ says, 'Here is the new one from Bon Jovi.'
The room erupts into the high pitched screams that most people associate with a good hard kick to a man's groin or a Justin Beiber concert.
"Shot through the Heart and you're too blameAnd that lonely 6th grader was me.
Darlin' you give love a bad name...."
